Surf these sites:
Amadán''s In Nomine Page -- Several thought-provoking NPCs, as well as In Nomine New York and San Francisco (see Settings), In Nomine Touched by an Angel, and some cuts from the Corporeal Players Guide
Doomsday Celebration -- A few NPCs, adventures, plot hooks. Most notable for its description of London (see Settings for a direct link)
In Nomine (official page) -- The official page, with detailed descriptions of all the books (including artwork and excerpts), errata, FAQs, and news.
In Nomine Character Encyclopedia -- A complete list of all NPCs (Superiors, Celestials, Ethereals, Humans) and Tethers mentioned in the In Nomine books. Exhaustively cross-referenced, but a bit behind the times at present.
In Nomine Collection -- The best of the In Nomine mailing list: plot hooks, adventures, NPCs, theories, tips and more.
Jo''s In Nomine Page -- Stories, scenarios, articles, humour, NPCs and links. Pretty strong British bias.
Light makes the Shadows -- Adventures, NPCs, house rules and GM tips for running In Nomine
Nobody Expects the Divine Inquisition! -- NPCs, gadgets, intriguing new Discords, house rules, etc. Not the largest collection of material, but well-designed and fun.
Solitaire - Resources: Character Sheets -- New character sheets in .pdf format, personalised for each Choir and Band (with more variations to come). See also the main Solitaire site in the Campaigns section.
Steve Jessop''s page -- Still under development, has a variety of interesting rules variants and some very nice NPC write-ups. Worth it for Kobal alone.
The Last Days -- A not-quite-canonical view of In Nomine. It contains new or modified Superiors (e.g. Uriel or Khalid), NPCs, adventure seeds, and rules for adapting In Nomine to a LARP environment or playing Word-bound Celestials. Some overlap with the In Nomine Collection.
