National Parent Network on Disabilities (NPND ) -- The mission of the National Parent Network on Disabilities (NPND) is to provide a presence and national voice for ALL families of children, youth and adults with disabilities. The Technical Assistance Alliance for Parent Centers -- Their mission is: "To provide training and information to meet the needs of parents of children with disabilities living in the area served by the center."
